First Wealth Private Office is launching its 2026 Legacy Series with Legacy by Design: Building,
Scaling and Exiting High-Growth Businesses, a panel event bringing together founders and
business leaders to explore the financial and personal realities of building something that lasts.

Taking place on 25 March 2026 from 6:30pm–9:00pm, the evening is designed for founders and
entrepreneurs who are thinking beyond growth, towards long-term impact, succession and
legacy.

Hosted by First Wealth Private Office, the discussion will examine the financial foundations that
underpin sustainable success. From funding decisions to exit strategy, the panel will move
beyond the pitch deck to explore what it truly means to scale responsibly and plan for what
comes next.

The event will feature an exceptional panel of business leaders who represent three distinct
growth and exit pathways:

• Andrew Showman, Co-Founder & CTO of Beauty Tech Group PLC, who helped scale the global beauty technology platform through international expansion and public listing.
• Jonathan Field, CEO of SSQ, who led the firm’s transition to employee ownership, prioritising long-term stewardship and cultural preservation.
• Ryan Kangisser, Chief Strategy Officer at MediaSense, who has guided the business through international growth and private equity backing.

Moderating the discussion is Juliette Foster, award-winning TV and radio presenter and
business journalist. With a career spanning Sky News, Bloomberg and BBC World, She will
bring a sharp, engaging presence to guide what promises to be an insightful and candid
conversation.

The panel will compare three distinct routes, venture and private equity backing, IPO and public
markets, and employee ownership trusts, not to determine a “right” path, but to explore the
trade-offs, pressures and personal implications behind each.
